Cancellation policy
Can I cancel my booking for free?
Yes, you can cancel for free up to 30 days before your arrival date.
What happens if I cancel from the 29th day before arrival?
The full amount paid will be refunded.
What about late cancellations or no-shows?
The deposit will not be refunded.
How long is the booking held?
The reservation remains valid until midnight on the day of arrival. If no communication is received after this time, we reserve the right to reassign the availability.
What if I arrive or depart on days other than those booked?
No reductions are available: payment for the entire period booked is required.
Reception and Check-in/Check-out Times
What are the reception opening hours?
The reception is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
What time can I check in?
Check-in is available from 3 p.m. to midnight.
By what time must guests check out?
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m.
Parking
Is parking included in the booking?
Yes, a parking space is guaranteed for every booking.
Are covered and uncovered parking spaces available?
Yes, the property has a covered car park and an outdoor area.
Are parking spaces allocated?
No, parking spaces are not allocated.
Pets
Are pets allowed?
Yes, small-sized pets are allowed only in apartments.
Is there an additional cost for this?
Yes, we charge €10 per day for each pet.
Is pet food provided?
No, the hotel does not provide pet food. Guests are kindly asked to make their own arrangements.
What happens in the event of damage?
Any damage to furniture, furnishings or fixtures caused by pets will be charged to the owner.
